Ultimate Death by Chocolate Cake

I saw this picture on Pinterest tonight and immediately started salivating.

It’s chocolate cake + icing + brownie + icing + chocolate cake + icing + chocolate chips!

I don’t make full fledged cakes very often because I don’t want to be forced into eating it…against my will…you know… but I will have to make an exception for this monstrosity of deliciousness.

PSS- I made it! I did a few adjustments. I used:

Butter Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Fudge Brownies with PB Chunks, Fudge Icing and I sprinkled Reese’s Chips in between the layers. I also only put Ghiradelli chips and Reese’s chips on the top. It was a huge hit at work for my co-worker’s Bday!

Peanut Butter Buttons

I saw these lovely cookies on Pinterest and had to give them a go. Yes, I’ve tried various recipes for these cookies but hadn’t found one I LOVE until this recipe. You’ve probably seen them before with kisses on top but I decided to get crazy and put tons of different chocolates on top (ok, just 3). We had a taste testing and the favorite of the chocolates were Carmel Hershey Kisses. We also tried Hugs and Dove Promises.

*Side Note: The recipe makes a LOT of dough. There was twice as much dough as I wanted, so I put 1/2 of the dough in a Ziplock, sucked the air out and froze it for 2 weeks. It tasted just as good after being frozen.
